The Respiratory Care Planning Committee is in the process of planning the “38th Annual Conference at the Slopes” scheduled for February 28 March 1-2, 2018 at Seven Springs Mountain Resort in Champion, PA.   The 2017 conference attracted over 425 healthcare professionals from across the state of Pennsylvania and bordering states.  There were 42 vendor exhibitors at last year’s conference, and we look forward to you joining us at this year’s conference.

The Planning Committee is currently soliciting unrestricted educational grants for speakers, and vendor exhibits from the pharmaceutical/medical equipment companies and recruiters.

You may set up on Tuesday evening (February 27th) from 6pm-8pm, however there will be no security Tuesday night.

You may also set up your exhibit Wednesday morning from 7:00 am to 8:00 am.  The first exhibit time on Wednesday will be at 8:00 am.

Please complete the attached form and return to the Council Office as soon as possible.  To receive the early bird discount, your form and payment must be received by December 1, 2017.

Your vendor fee also includes lunch, refreshments, advertising, and one representative to attend the conference for credits.

A block of overnight rooms will be set-aside for seminar participants and vendors with special group convention rates on all overnight accommodations.   Please contact Seven Springs directly for your overnight accommodations at 814-352-7777.

For the ski enthusiast, Seven Springs skiing is excellent and for the non-skiers, the Seven Springs Complex offers a multitude of indoor and outdoor recreational activities.  As always we appreciate your continued interest in supporting the region’s continuing health education programs.

We thank you in advance for your continued support of our educational endeavors.
